ELAC 2022-2023

Están invitados a la junta de ELAC (Comité Consultivo para los Aprendientes de Inglés) que se llevará a cabo el próximo 28 de septiembre de 6:00 a 7:30 pm en la biblioteca.   Este comité es de gran importancia para los padres cuyos estudiantes hablan otro idioma aparte del inglés.

You are invited to our ELAC meeting (English Learner Advisory Committee) that will take place 9/28 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm at the Library.  This committee is particularly important for those parents whose children speak a language other than English.

The District English Learner Parent Advisory Committee advises the Board of Education regarding the program and services for English Learners, the district's needs assessment for English Learners, the annual language census, reclassification criteria, and the LCAP.   Due to current COVID-19 conditions and social distancing guidelines, all meetings will be held virtually via Zoom until further notice.  Meetings will be conducted in Spanish with simultaneous English interpretation available.  Agendas will be made available a week prior to the meeting.
