The OUSD Business Services department is responsible for business operations of the district, including budget and accounting, facility maintenance and operations, student transportation, nutrition services, purchasing, warehouse and the bond construction program.
The Business Services leadership team is committed to providing sound financial management for the district, school facilities that are clean, safe and in good repair, and to providing other operational services to support the instructional program for Oceanside students.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE OCEANSIDE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, acting through and by its Governing Board, is seeking offers for purchase of its Educational Broadband Service (“EBS”) licenses for channels G1, G2, and G3 under call sign WND576 (collectively, the “License”). Please contact Dr. Andrea Norman, Associate Superintendent, Business Services, in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org, by March 2, 2022, if you are interested in acquiring the licenses. Please note the District’s acceptance of an offer, if any, will be contingent on the District and offeror agreeing to a mutually agreeable price and terms of sale.
