2022-2023 Nutrition Services Updates
- All Breakfast & Lunch will continue to be free for all OUSD scholars for the 2022-2023 School Year
- Parents will be able to confirm Household Size & Income during the Aeries Data Confirmation in place of Meal Applications
(Data Confirmation activated July 25th)
- Nutrition Services will continue to produce Benefits Verification Letters for those scholars who qualify as "Free/Reduced" to be used for additional outside programs/organizations
Please note that we are experiencing a high volume of requests for letters. Our Nutrition Services staff is working diligently to get all of the requested letters sent out as quickly as possible.
2022-2023 Benefits Verification Letter
Students who are eligible for the Free Reduced Meal Program may qualify for additional benefits. OUSD Nutrition Services can provide a letter stating your student’s eligibility. If you would like to request a letter, please click on the link below and fill out all required information. You can also visit our Nutrition Services Office in person at 707 Carey Road for assistance.
- Eligibility letters can only be given to the parent/guardian listed in Aeries (ID must be presented at time of pickup)
- Eligibility letters can only be mailed to the address listed in Aeries
- Eligibility letters can only be emailed to the parent/guardian email address listed in Aeries
Nutrition Services is unable to make any changes or updates to any Aeries Portal Information.

The Nutrition Services Department is made up of a team of food and nutrition professionals who support learning by promoting healthy eating habits. All meals served at our school cafeterias meet state and federal dietary guidelines and provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet their health and nutrition needs.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: How to File a Complaint, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
